Obviously, we’ve got to start with breakfast and when I say breakfast, it’s got to be the best brekky there is: Poached Breakfast Cafe Rawai. If it’s a cooler morning, I’d tell you to jump on your bike, skateboard or in your car if you’re shmancy and hit up the cafe which has cosy vibes, a beautiful sea view and comfy seats.
But, if you need a sleep in or a brekky delivered after some festivities – if that’s what you want to call them – or even if you’re craving brekky in the arvo, delivery works well too. Baan Express is full of delicious Mediterranean food that delivers right to your door. Falafel pita, delicious hummus, shakshuka eggs, dips of all kinds and more. If you think that this is your average dumpling place, think again! They take the classic asian dumpling and put a wildly delicious twist.
Try their cheese and burger dumplings or their green curry chicken dumpling. Our faves are the Jamaican jerk chicken inspired dumplings. They’ve got super yummy pizza dumplings, satay dumplings and even a lamb doner kebab style dumplings. Sign me up and fill me up! Captain Taco
Captain Taco is the perfect place to get your fix for all those yummy Mexican flavours and tastes. Their chicken tacos are affordable, delicious and filling (so so good). Try their burritos with a choose your own filling. They’re HUGE and perfect for a post gym meal or for a late night snack-eroo. They load their dishes up really well with cheese, sour cream and limes so it’s definitely worth the order in our books! Treasure Burger
Last, but definitely not least, Treasure Burger! The new-comer on the Rawai food scene, but wow this spot has the best burgers in the south of the island. If you’re a big ol carnivore or you want something yummy and sloppy, grab yourself a burger from here. Not only are they fantastic but they’re also a NORMAL price, unlike many overpriced burger establishments in Phuket. This place is definitely worth a try when it comes to testing restaurants that deliver in Rawai.
