Our light, homemade sourdough is topped with beautiful slow-cooked pulled pork shoulder, it’s so tender it falls apart at the touch. We combine this with some velvety hollandaise, 2 creamy poached eggs, crunchy green apple and sweet pomegranate. It’s a mix of perfectly balanced flavours that would get anyone’s mouth salivating!
If you’re not a meat lover, we’ve got you covered with some outrageously tasty brekkie options too. The ‘Avocado Smash’ is leagues above any veggie brunch you’ve tried before. Our sourdough toast is covered in smashed avo, super juicy roasted heirloom cherry tomatoes, crumbly feta and our flawlessly cooked poached eggs.

This leads us nicely into some of our naughty options, they’re a must. We have some of the nicest waffles on the island, they’re light on the inside and crispy on the outside. The ‘Apple Pie’ waffle will make your insides feel cosy. We make the cinnamon apple pie filling in-house and pair it with some thick, rich vanilla ice cream. It’s drizzled in some lush vanilla custard sauce and dusted with powdered sugar. Who knew waffles could be this good?
Check out the ‘Brioche French Toast’, it’ll blow you away. It’s dusted in icing sugar and topped with sweet, succulent banana and strawberries, our lush vanilla ice cream and sticky maple syrup. How yum does that sound?
