Aussies are known to do breakfast really well, and we have a menu that has leapt right out of Down Under and straight to the beachfront of Rawai quicker than a kangaroo. It goes without saying that when you mention ‘breakfast’, your mind jumps right to EGGS and BACON, am I right? And we do them so well. Crispy Canadian back bacon, perfectly cooked poached eggs or creamy scrambles – whatever it is you’re after, we can do it.
We’ve got the Aussie classic smashed avo on sourdough bread, topped with juicy roasted tomatoes and perfectly runny poached eggs. We’ve got bacon sangas (or sarnies/butties for you Brits out there), or you should try our T1 sanga: fried eggs, crispy bacon, melty cheddar cheese, sweet caramelised onions, and tangy tomato bush relish. Mmm just the thought of it is bacon me crazy!
If traditional brekky options aren’t your jam, then check out our sweet potato and zucchini fritters topped with tomato chutney, creamy poached eggs and smashed avocado. Or check out our smoked salmon and philly bagel, a firm brekky favourite. My personal first choice will ALWAYS be our pulled pork eggs benny. Creamy, smooth, rich hollandaise sauce, perfectly poached eggs, apple slaw to cut through the creaminess, slow roasted pulled pork shoulder, fresh sourdough bread all topped with pomegranate seeds and mint…it’s literally the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. Bar none.
Maybe none of that tickles your tastebuds. That’s fine, we have still more options on our menu. It’s worth mentioning that there are lots of healthy options out there for you too. Delicious roasted pumpkin salad with quinoa and feta, or our creamy prana chai fruit and granola parfait with homemade yoghurt. My choice would always be the breakfast panna cotta served with house made toasted granola and fresh kiwi, seasonal fruit and a house made hazelnut praline. Hands down the best all day breakfast in Rawai.
